Here's a secret. I am sharing my gluten-free, paleo, no sugar added recipe for banana bread that makes me look like a rockstar at every gathering. With everything going on, everyone should have access to this healthy decadent treat.
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
•4 small overripe Bananas
•4 large Eggs at room temperature
•¼ cup of Avocado Oil
•1 ¾ cup of Almond Flour
•½ cup of Coconut Flour
•1 tsp Baking Soda
•½ tsp of Baking Powder
•2 tsp Vanilla Extract
•1 ½ tsp of Cinnamon
•Pinch of Himalayan Salt
•Optional: Dark Chocolate Chips/Nuts
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1. Preheat Oven to 350
2. Mash bananas and whisk together with eggs, vanilla, and oil
3. Mix all dry ingredients together and stir into banana mixture just until incorporated
4. Add chocolate chips and/or nuts if desired
5. Transfer batter into loaf pan and bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
