Paleo Banana Bread


Here's a secret. I am sharing my gluten-free, paleo, no sugar added recipe for banana bread that makes me look like a rockstar at every gathering. With everything going on, everyone should have access to this healthy decadent treat.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬⁣⁣

⁣⁣

•4 small overripe Bananas⁣⁣

•4 large Eggs at room temperature⁣⁣

•¼ cup of Avocado Oil⁣⁣

•1 ¾ cup of Almond Flour⁣⁣

•½ cup of Coconut Flour⁣⁣

•1 tsp Baking Soda⁣⁣

•½ tsp of Baking Powder⁣⁣

•2 tsp Vanilla Extract⁣⁣

•1 ½ tsp of Cinnamon⁣⁣

•Pinch of Himalayan Salt⁣⁣

•Optional: Dark Chocolate Chips/Nuts⁣⁣

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬⁣⁣

⁣⁣

1. Preheat Oven to 350⁣⁣

2. Mash bananas and whisk together with eggs, vanilla, and oil⁣⁣

3. Mix all dry ingredients together and stir into banana mixture just until incorporated ⁣⁣

4. Add chocolate chips and/or nuts if desired⁣⁣

5. Transfer batter into loaf pan and bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean⁣⁣
